Scope of Position Responsible for identifying, remediating and communicating issues and needs pertaining to the technical support in The University Hospital Perioperative Services at the medical center. Provides front line integration technical support to operating rooms and conference areas. Responsible for video production/editing, conferencing setup for on and off campus conferences, and video conferencing aspects of Robotic Surgery and Perioperative Services. Maintains, troubleshoots and assess computer, video integration and other electronic, computer based systems for repair with proper escalation. Monitors and tracks the progress of service/problem requests to ensure a prompt, accurate and thorough response has occurred. Assists with training of end users.
