Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking an Energy Management Systems Manager for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Reporting to the Assistant Director of Energy Management Systems (EMS), this position is responsible for the management and operations of the Utilities Energy Management Systems and Building Controls unit. The unit is responsible for the maintenance and operations of pneumatic and direct digital control building systems in approximately 6 million square feet of university buildings on the Busch/Livingston, College Avenue, and Cook/Douglass campuses. This role supervises staff, manages daily operations, and oversees technical aspects and system upgrades.Among t
